I had a great experience at Glenwood Springs Ford. Zack Carlson set me up with Chris Clark to look at a Ford Bronco Badland. Chris's knowledge of the vehicle was amazing and he took the time to go over all it's features. He helped me set up my phone to the car play system and shared some of his personal experiences with the vehicle as it related to four wheeling in the mountains. I really appreciated his approach and how he explained everything to me. I was very confident driving away with my new Bronco.

Marcy did a great job navigating an offer for me. I was not the easiest customer and he handled it with a smile on his face and a lot of laughter. I left feeling good about the transaction which has not been my experience with car dealerships. Bella did a great job working a deal with me on a truck. I traveled 7 hrs to buy it and they honored all pre-negotiated numbers on trade-in value and purchase price. They had all paperwork ready to go and got me in and out in just a little over an hour. After returning home I realized I left some items behind in my trade and they immediately mailed them back to me. I had a pleasant experience with this dealership.

The pricing was very transparent from the start, with no hidden or surprise fees, which I really appreciated. They were one of the few dealerships in a 500 mile radius selling gold cert pre-owned Fords. Everyone was straightforward and easy to work with, and the whole process felt smooth and honest. While traveling through Glenwood Springs, a sensor on my car unexpectedly failed and the vehicle slowed to a crawl. I was supposed to be back in Denver later that day and found myself effectively stranded.
After getting the car to the dealership, I spoke with Travis M. in the service department, who immediately understood what was going on. Despite how busy they were, Travis took the time to pull my car in for a quick diagnostic, reset the vehicle’s CPU, and clear the error so I could safely get back on the road.

2025 Ford Transit is a dream van and Troy made it happen for me and my husband. We came in from Santa Fe, NM and the process was so easy. They even take care of the New Mexico Gross Receipts tax and licensing (yes you still have to pay). So, no trip to the MVD for us. The trip was so worth it.
